Ten seconds, one thumb, no regrets

Most people shop for clothes the way they check the weather: standing up, one hand busy, somewhere between two other things. Sindo is built for exactly that minute. You open it, you scroll, something stops you, you tap. If nothing stops you, you close it and nothing has been lost.

That sounds small. It is actually the whole argument.

Cheap does not have to mean confusing

The problem with budget shopping on a phone is rarely the price. It is everything around the price — the same jacket listed four times under four names, a size chart that belongs to a different garment, a parcel that disappears into a tracking page written for warehouse staff. You save eleven units of currency and spend three evenings wondering where your order went.

So the work at Sindo is mostly subtraction. One listing per item. Measurements in the units you actually use, taken from the garment rather than copied from a template. Photographs that show the thing on a person and the thing flat, because those two pictures answer different questions. Nothing hidden until checkout.

The catalogue is a catalogue, not a feed

A feed wants you to stay. A catalogue wants you to find something and leave. Sindo is the second one. New pieces arrive in clear groups — everyday basics, the going-out edit, accessories, small things for the flat — so you can go straight to the part of the shop you came for instead of being shown the same trousers in nine colours until you give up.

When you are not ready, the wishlist holds the item with the size you were looking at, not just the product name. Come back in a week and the decision picks up where you left it.

After you tap buy

Ordering is the easy half. The half people remember is the waiting. Sindo keeps the order status in plain words — accepted, packed, handed over, out for delivery, delivered — and tells you when the word changes, so you never have to go looking. If something is wrong with what arrives, you tell us in the same place you bought it. There is no separate maze.

Who this is for

People with a budget and taste, which is a very common combination and a badly served one. People who want the thing that is everywhere this season without paying what the shop on the high street asks for it. People who would rather have the parcel come to the door than spend a Saturday under fluorescent light holding a basket.

If that is you, the rest of this page is the detail: what is in the catalogue, how the ordering runs, and where to write if you have a question we have not answered here.

What you get, specifically

One listing per item

No duplicate uploads of the same jacket under four different names. If it is in the catalogue, it is there once, with the measurements taken from the garment itself.

A wishlist that remembers the size

Save a piece with the size you were looking at, not just the product name. Come back later and carry on from the same decision.

Delivery status in words you use

Accepted, packed, handed over, out for delivery, delivered. You get told when it changes instead of refreshing a page written for warehouse staff.

App-only prices

Some pieces are marked down only inside the app. The discount is shown on the item, before checkout — never revealed at the last screen.

Returns in the same place you bought

If the fit is wrong, you start the return from the order itself. No separate account, no second maze to learn.

What's in the catalogue

Four groups, so you can go straight to the part of the shop you came for.

Most browsed

Everyday wardrobe

The pieces you wear until they wear out: tees, denim, knitwear, outer layers.

  • Flat-lay and on-body photos
  • Garment measurements, not template charts
  • Fabric and care listed on the item

The going-out edit

Whatever is everywhere this season, at a price that does not need a second thought.

  • Grouped by occasion, not by brand
  • Colourways shown on one listing
  • Marked when stock is nearly out

Accessories

Bags, belts, caps, jewellery and the small things that finish an outfit.

  • Dimensions and weight on every item
  • Material named plainly
  • Easy add-on to an existing order

Home & lifestyle

Small things for the flat — textiles, storage, desk and kitchen bits.

  • Scale shown against everyday objects
  • Packed to survive the courier
  • Grouped by room

Stock moves; groups are refreshed as new pieces arrive. Write to us if you are looking for something you cannot find.

From scroll to doorstep

  1. Browse

Open the catalogue, pick a group, scroll. Save anything you are unsure about to the wishlist with its size.

  2. Order

Choose size and colour, check the price shown on the item, and place the order. What you saw is what is charged.

  3. Follow it

The order status updates in plain language as the parcel is packed and handed to the courier, and you are told each time it moves.

  4. Try it on at home

It arrives at your door. If the fit is wrong, you start the return from the order itself.
